Tortas el profe fue creado en 1984, siendo el sueño de un matrimonio, que deseaba emprender un nuevo negocio con la finalidad de sacar a sus hijos adelante.


Para nuestro orgullo la construcción del puesto, desde la primera lamina hasta poner luces y el comal, se hizo por el propietario, el PROFESOR RUBEN MARTINEZ LOZOYA y su esposa LA SEÑORA ROSA MARIA VEGA DE MARTINEZ.



Es un placer para nosotros haber creado, nuestras propias recetas. Que han sido todo un éxito durante veinte años,gracias a su preferencia.


Todo el trabajo que existe detrás de tortas el profe, como es la elaboración de la carne de hamburguesa, las salsas,el lomo, es con la mayor higiene y únicamente participan en ello, los integrantes de la familia, que en este caso serian los fundadores del negocio y ahora sus hijos.


Le atendemos con gusto de Martes a Domingo en un horario de 7:30 p.m a 3:00 a.m, en Avenida Américas Num 803 frente a oxxo de la calle brasil.

Tortas el profe, también cuenta con un camioncito diseñado especialmente para los eventos ya sean cumpleaños, posadas de las escuelas, o como en la fotografía que se incluye en este espacio,en el cual nos brindaron la oportunidad de servirles en un evento que tuvo el colegio la salle.
